Stuck at free dos

I have just upgraded my pc to a new h110m-a motherboard Asus, and I get to the installation with the disk inserted and it takes me to free dos and I have no idea how to stop it any suggestions?

You get to the installation of what?
With what disk inserted?
Windows installation media should not contain freedos.

Even if you only updated the mobo and everything else is the same you should install windows from the beginning,an other option is to just config the mobo to startup from your old hdd and to not change anything else, upon booting into windows it will notice the changed hardware and install new drivers for it.

Very easy to fix. Install another OS.
