Stuck at "Getting Devices Ready" After installing new motherboard

I recently bought a new motherboard, cpu, and RAM. I installed it and turned on my system and Windows is stuck at "Getting Devices Ready". I disconnected every peripheral except screen and nothing. Help?

Motherboard is a G1 SNiper 5 with a Core I5 4670k and 8gb Patriot Viper 3.

when you installed window and it got to the add drivers spot did you add drivers? if so try to reload windows and just let it install do not have it on line to update and see if it goes to desktop if it will then just add the drivers it needs by looking in the device manager.. also go to windows up date and change it to find updates and let me choose to download and install so you can weed out the updates that are not needed for your system..

Sorry, after I posted i just took out my keyboard and muse and it worked fine after. Thanks for the reply. \it helpsknowing that people kniw about software AND hardware.
