stuck at getting files ready for installation windows 10

the problem starts when it came to "getting files ready for installation" at 1% and sometimes before it even starts counting then the the whole system turns off and turns back on and the process starts over again also tried upuntu but it doesn't install neither . if you can help i would be very grateful

what are specs of PC?

Could be a ram or hdd problem, since it won't work with 2 different operating systems

Try running memtest86 on ram, it runs off a bootable USB so no need for OS. Test 1 stick at a time, any errors are too many, remove/.replace any sticks that get any

i would only have ssd in PC when installing win 10, and you might want to try it with only 1 ram stick

tried unfortunately didn't work... could it possibly be the power cuz am using a power adapter for the power supply

The input for that Evga power supply is 110 volts to 230 volts, what kind of adapter are you using?
