Last night I reset my windows 10 to factory settings, if you can call it that. Basically just formated the hard drive. After Windows was done installing I am to choose some preferences like language and keyboard layout. One problem though: Neither the mouse nor the keyboard work.
-Yes I have restarted the pc... Multiple times in fact.
-Yes I have tried enabling and disablong legacy USB support in BIOS.
-No I don't have access to a PS/2 keyboard or mouse.
-Yes I have tried the windows media tool and it doesn't seem to work(says I need to remove the drive and then let windows load and then do the upgrade with the drive.)
Any help please, this is super frustrating.
