[SOLVED] stuck at "No signal" when I restart my pc

This problem started when I upgrade my GPU

previously I was using gigabyte rx570 and finally decided to upgrade my gpu to rtx, its Colorful RTX 2060 6gb

the problem is, when i restart my pc, its stuck in "No Signal", I have to force shutdown my pc just to boot again on windows

my specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 32.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)
Mobo: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B450 AORUS ELITE (AM4)
Monitor: ATLAS HD 236C
GPU: Colorful RTX 2060 (newly installed)
465GB Western Digital WDS500G3X0C-00SJG0
PSU: Seasonic 650W 80+

Before swapping over from the rx570 to the 2060, did you use ddu to uninstall the old drivers? (because you are going from amd radeon drivers on your old card to Nvidia driver on your new one.)
i really thought the newly bought rtx 2060 is defective, all I did is just reformat my pc and its fixed now

hopefully this will help to anyone who has the same problem as mine
