Stuck at Samsung boot up screen on laptop

I just installed windows 10 on my Samsung ultrabook 7 ultra and on the first boot up it hasn't left the black screen with the Samsung logo after hours. Anything I can do to fix this?

boot into bios and make sure either Windows Boot Manager or the hdd is 1st in boot order

Try restarting laptop

I would suggest safe mode or start up repair but both need a login that you probably haven't made yet.
