Stuck at verifying dmi pool data

I just bought a gamepad and i wanted to get the driver from the internet.downloaded a driver from some freaky website (I shouldn't have but i did bcz i was in a hurry).then i tried install said driver but a 5 second pause and a lot of bloatware starts installing.a lot of progams automatically isntalling itself and the next thing i do turn of the pc and reboot it and now its always stuck on verifying dmi pool data.what do i do???is my hdd corrupted?

Most probably its just corrupt Windows. Try a fresh install to clear out any virus or bloatware in C drive.

Well I'm kinda happy.because i really need to change my windows. (I'm weird i know)
