Stuck at verifying pool data

I hadn't been on my pc for a while and now when I went to boot up my pc it just got stuck at verifying pool data, ive tried clearing the cmos to try and fix this but that didnt work, im not sure how i can fix this?

It's possible that your OS and or your boot drive has ended up corrupt. Are you able to boot into BIOS? If so see what your boot device's are. You may have to reinstall your OS if your boot drive is visible in the boot order menu.

On another note, can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS?
