Stuck at Windows 10 boot, can't recover

I restarted my computer today (was functioning perfectly) and it decided to act up. It loads into an infinite boot circle and that's it.

I can't recover, every time I get to the screen my mouse or keyboard doesn't work to select any options. This is infuriating, I get to recovery and again nothing works.

Yes I've restarted it dozens of times.
Reseated everything, switched from gpu to igpu, different outlets etc , reset bios, everything.

you will have to use a windows 10 install disk to get to the recovery menu to repair your windows install. if you do not have one you can download the media creation tool from MS website to load the install on a USB drive or DVD

I just don't understand why I can't use my keyboard or mouse to select repair options... this is total BS. They're lit up but don't do shit.

windows 10 doesn't have the F8 option at boot anymore to get to the recovery options. if this is a brand name computer then you may be able to get to the recovery options with a key combinations when you start your computer

Unfortunately it's not, I built it a couple years back. What does this mean however? It shouldn't just do this out of nowhere

Could this be my motherboard failing?

First it displayed an issue with ram, then it wouldn't recognize hard drives, HDMI output doesn't work even when set through BIOS.

Windows update just made my pc act up on start up. I went into the bios and hit load optimized defaults. After a few bites at it, windows finally loaded up and said update unsuccessful. Have you tried booting in safe mode?
