So I have been having issues with my PC for the past few weeks I have been getting random restarts. Today I am stuck at the Windows Logo screen but if I hold F8 it will say preparing automatic repair. when I press F8.
I've tried looking up the issue on here but others seem to have a cause like having installed a driver recently or recently installed windows 10 but for me I don't even know what could have done this. Also I am trying to trouble shoot it using this page.

But they all require getting past the automatic repair screen.
Also installing a fresh windows 10. I don't have my windows 10 disk cause my computer is a prebuilt from bestbuy. Another thing is I have very important files and software on my computer so don't want to lose any of that. If there isn't anyway for you guys to help me is there a store you'd recommend for me to go to like bestbuy or officedepot to get it repaired?
