stuck black screen with arrow cursor after login

i have acer aspire one ao725,my netbook appears black screen with cursor after i login and i cant do anything.i press ctrl+alt+del and just restart it and it will open normally.it used to happen everytime i open it.please help me for this.i hate that blck screen!!

Pull up the task manager (ctrl+shift+escape) and see if you can use that to start Explorer.exe.

File | new task

Type explorer then hit enter.


Then from an elevated command prompt, copy and paste then hit enter:

sfc /scannow

Or do that last part in safe mode if you need to.
