Stuck computer screw

Hey all.

I’m putting my components into a new tower case and a screw on my DVD drive was totally stuck in my old one. I’ve got it out of the old case with the screw still in but it’s still stuck.

Any ideas?

Get some vise grips and get the screw out.
If you can still install it in the new case then just use the other screws to secure it.

I got it out the case by damaging the old case. Here is a picture of the DVD with the screw still in.

Should be able to get it out with some vise grips or just cut it off flush.
