Stuck in a boot loop

So, after my previous thread, which got only one reply besides mine, I opted to continue trying to fix my blue screen problem on my own.(www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2971489/lots-blue-screens-errors.html)

Now what I've done is created an entirely new and infinitely more annoying problem. I attempted to use the driver verifier tool to identify the cause of the issue. This resulted in immediate blue screens on boot. Easy fix, normally. Just boot into safe mode and reset. However, my computer won't do that by hitting f8 or shift f8, as the boot process for Windows 10 is too fast. After crashing once, it tries to boot into automatic repair. Only my mouse and keyboard are not recognized and I am stuck on the "Choose your keyboard layout" screen until I restart the computer manually, starting the process over. Please tell me there's a way to fix this besides reformatting or throwing my computer into a garbage shredder.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all the updates available.
- Next is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver specially if it's Nvidia due to some driver glitches.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.
- Reboot your PC once the latest driver has been installed.
- Observe your PC again after doing all the troubleshooting steps and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- Your last option if all these will not work is to reinstall Windows 10.
