Stuck in a time Loop

earlier today I installed a fresh pre activated copy of windows 7 and during the installation my pc shut off and then I restarted it and I got a message telling me that there was an error during installation and that windows will restart alongside the installation of windows 7, and it keeps rebooting and doing this over and over again, my motherboard is The Gigabyte ga-f2a58m-hd2 thanks for the help in advance

Try to reinstall Windows 7 again. Make sure you configure the BIOS boot priority so that it looks to the DVD or USB drive first.
The optimal setting right now is: USB -> Optical drive (i.e., DVD drive) -> Network -> Primary HD -> Secondary HDs
