Stuck in Astro Boy

I'm loving Astro Boy Omega Factor. (By the way, reports on IGN that it's
"just a five hour game" are nonsense, unless people are using some sort of
cheat codes -- I've been working on this one for weeks and some of the
levels -- like a series of fights on moving train cars -- are hard enough to
move you to tears...)

Anyway, I'm now on this kind of "Aztec" looking level with huge, creepy
statues and a reddish-brown color scheme. I can get to the point of these
two huge, bouncing enemies, but I never have enough life force left to beat
them by the time I get to them. If anybody has some strategy for this part
of the game, I'd love to hear it... I'm almost at the point of giving up for
awhile.

Steve

By the way, the game has a nice sense of humor. Some of the tiniest enemies
in the game end up being the toughest and strongest...

I'd say it was about a 5 hour game. And I'm not especially good...

GameFAQs is your friend.

Use it in the future to look for faqs before asking in public.
Are you talking about stage 6-1?
If it's taken you weeks, have you not been using Astro's special powers?

Well, you're better than I am! I'm still at it after a few weeks.

I finally beat that part. Now I'm stuck on the next level... ;-)

Hmmmm. Thanks. I never saw gamefaq's before. I'm new to the GBA, and hadn't
really been into gaming since my SMS/Genesis days. Thanks for the tip.

I think that was it, yes.

Well, I've used the EX dash and the other specials, like finger cannon and
machine guns. But the FAQ makes reference to combo moves that I haven't
really tried.

Thanks,

Steve
