Hello around 4-5 days ago i came back to my computer and it wanted to update so i went ahead and clicked update now and left it alone. I came back to 'reboot and select proper device' so i looked up some stuff and saw you just need to move the boot order of your hdd so i did that and i clicked save and exit and to no avail i am now stuck in bios

My specs:
B350M PRO-VD PLUS
Ryzen 1200 cpu
Evga 1050ti gpu
450w corsair psu
2x4gb crucial ram
1tb wd with windows 10

Solution

Based on your original description there seems to be something wrong with Windows. If you have a Windows 10 ISO on a USB drive you should be able to run the "Startup Repair" option.

It's possible something went wrong with the Windows 10 update. Try shutting your computer down and plugging your HDD into a different SATA port.

Alright so i have the usb and plugged it in, it sent me into bios so i saved and exited and im back at bios. My other option when the msi logo pops up is f11 for boot menu so i clicked that and it says please select boot device and the only thing i see is enter setup which takes me to bios

Do you have Fast Boot turned off?
Do you have the Removable Device listed first in the boot order?

Can't seem to find fast boot i've just checked the search box and typed in fast and boot didnt see it. As for the boot order it is set to:
Boot option #1 UEFI Hard Disk
Boot option #2 UEFI CD/DVD
Boot option #3 UEFI USB Hard disk
Boot option #4 UEFI UDB CD/DVD
Boot option #5 UEFI USB Key
Boot option #6 UEFI Network
Boot option #7 Hard disk
Boot option #8 CD/DVD
Boot option #9 USB Hard disk
Boot option #10 USB CD/DVD
Boot option #11 USB Key
Boot option #12 USB Floppy
Boot option #13 Network
Just wondering which one would be the one to put first so many usb's lol

Just put USB Key and UEFI USB Key, 1 and 2.
