Stuck in BIOS is updating loop

So I've started to get a weird issue with my computer where when I switch it on it says BIOS is updating. The computer then restarts and the same message is displayed. I've let it like that for like 3hours and it just loops on.
The previous day the computer was running fine and out of nowhere this started. I don't like to mess around with BIOS too much. Last time I updated it was like 3mo ths ago and there was no issue so far.

My set up:
Asus rog strix x370 -f gaming
Ryzen 7 1700
MSI gtx 1050 ti
Corsair vengeance RGB (2x8Gb)

I've tried like everything to troubleshoot but no luck.

Troubleshooting done:
Remove all USB devices (even keyboard)
Remove ssd harddisk
Removed 1RAM stick and placing in different slots.
Removed cmos battery
Clear bios using jumper

I also cannot enter my bios menu. Spamming F2 or delete key, hold press the keys still no luck. So I can't really check what BIOS version I have.

On the mobo I am getting a yellow light on DRAM and a green light on BOOT.

Last thing I can do is download the latest BIOS from asus, rename it and put it in a USB, but since I cant enter the BIOS menu, I dunno how I will be able to update the BIOS.
My hope is low and thinking maybe the mobo is bricked.

I was am also considering changing the BIOS chip but with everything installed I cant seem to find the BIOS chip. Please help me to locate that.

That'd be a shame considering I didnt do anything to cause that.
Also no overclocking was ever done.

Needs help.

The Asus Bios update loop is new to me, but a search shows its not so uncommon to ROG boards after all. I would suggest contacting Asus before I go removing any chips, especially since manual doesn't even show you where the chip is on board and doesn't mention removing it as a viable option.

How long did you leave the CMOS battery out of PC? 30 minutes or more?

Your manual: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/ROG_STRIX_X370-I_GAMING/E13496_ROG_STRIX_X370-I_GAMING_UM_WEB_20171030.pdf

Asus may suggest you RMA board if its a bad board.

@Colif
I've tried 5mins, 15mins, 24hours but still the same issue sadly.
Sorry for the answer downvote.. Currently on my phone and accidentally tapped on that.
Do you know how to RMA? I've never gone through that process. Does RMA works outside the U.S?

do the new ryzen mobo have the cmos clear at or near the bottom where you take the contact off and it resets the mobo i remember having this issue with an asus 970 mobo with my fx 8350. cause i tried all the things you tried and it didnt work until i took the green contact off turned on pc let it reset then turned it off then put the contact back on and everything went back to normal. it looks like a fan header but only with two metal headers coming out of mobo and had the green contact that slid on to both metal headers. not sure if the new amd mobos have this

found a pic of a mobo with the clear cmos contact on it, its next to the on-off switch

@Skipping-Bear

Some mobo like the asus rampage do come with the clear cmos button and 2bios chip but mine doesn't :/

I have tried the jumper clear cmos method but still the same issue.

I have also tried to plug in a usb fat32 with the latest bios software and nothing happens.

Really running out of options..
