Stuck in bios screen!?

Hello everyone I'm hoping some of you may be able to shed some light or help to resolve my issue. I really would like to save some money and avoid seeking a technician or upgrading hardware. I really love computers but this problem has been giving me much grief.
So anyways, I recently upgraded my computer from the following specs

CPU-intel i3-4160
Mobo-ASUS H81I PLUS
Stock cooler
GTX 750ti SC EVGA
Corsair 430
8gb ddr3 1600
Mini itx case
1 TB HD

I upgraded to-

CPU-i7 4790K
Same Mobo
Hyper 212 evo
GTX 1070 SC EVGA
EVGA 600b
Same memory config
NZXT H440
Same 1TB HD

My goal was to upgrade the computer for mainly gaming and get a nice shiny new case. I figured I'd up the PSU to accommodate the new video card. I also upgraded the CPU, so I got the hyper 212 evo.
Its cheap and considering I'm running at a much higher clock speed of 4.0, I figured I would need a better cooler then stock running an i7. Not really planning on OCing. I then wanted a better GPU so I got the GTX 1070. I kept the same HD and the same memory. I also kept the same Motherboard seeing as I was concerned I would have to get another copy of windows. I also got the H440. Yea so that's also an upgrade. I figured since I was basically running the same computer with a few upgraded parts like the CPU, GPU , and case, the computer was essentially, the same build. I figured I'd install the parts like any upgrade and would go right into Windows, and I would then update my drivers and be off on my way. I figured things would be fairly simple and this would not be a completely new build. Looking at things now this is feeling like a completely new build. After troubleshooting a few things a long the way, like failing to post and not seeing a video signal after the computer finally turned on, I've finally made it to the BIOS screen where the computer is detecting my CPU, memory and USB devices. The problem is the screen says "please enter setup to recover BIOS settings. Press F1 to run setup" . And after pressing F1, nothing happens. My keyboards LED lights are on as well as my mouses so that confuses me. Sometimes the computer also fails to turn on. This really boggles me. For instance I thought if I put windows on a flash drive and put it in, my computer might bypass the BIOS and run straight to windows but the computer failed to even turn on.
I swear I'll be at the point where I can power on and at least post to the BIOS not to mention the other problems, and then the computer will fail to even get back to starting. I guess that's a whole separate issue. The problem at hand now is being stuck at this damn BIOS screen. Again I thought this would just be an upgrade of parts and I would go straight back to windows. I don't see why I'm stuck at the BIOS screen. I mean I have the same Harddrive. So all my stuff is still on there . I already had windows, some steam games I downloaded, and other apps and things too. Why is it that all I'm seeing is the BIOS? I'm very confused with this. Any help is much appreciated.

First thing, delete your other post please.

Since you changed CPU, you can't bypass BIOS on first run. Also, your motherboard need BIOS version 2001 (or newer) to run your new CPU. Put your old CPU in and update BIOS (take note that you may need new BIOS updater consult Asus webpage first). However if your BIOS is already updated and still not work, you may try resetting CMOS (that would solve problem if you had FastBoot enabled so the BIOS won't see keyboard during boot).

My BIOS is "BIOS revision 2201"
I also tried resetting the CMOS by unplugging the PSU and removing the battery for 5mins. I turned the computer back on and it still brings me to the BIOS screen that says "American Megatrends inc.
" list my currents specs and at the bottom reads," please enter setup to recover BIOS setting. Press F1 to run setup" I've pressed F1 and nothing happens. I've pressed every button on the keyboard but nothing happens. My keyboards led lights turn on... Its a pretty standard USB keyboard. I just don't understand.

Let me list some possible causes of this situation:
> BIOS can't see keyboard - you can unplug it, and plug it again after you see BIOS screen; you can also try with different keyboard
> One of new components malfunctions or one of the connections fails - in this case it is best to step back. Put old GPU in and disconnect everything except CPU, RAM and keyboard.
If that does not help, there are only 3 possible problems left: BIOS malfunction, bent pins in CPU socket, or the new CPU is bad. That means you will have to remove new CPU, check the CPU socket, and if found nothing wrong put old CPU and boot. If it works ok with old CPU, your last chance is to update BIOS to newest version (I think it's 2305). If even that will not help, then my call is your new CPU is not working.

The BIOS screen that I'm seeing detects my CPU. It says i7-4790K running at 4000mghz.
I even tried the old CPU. Says I3-4160 running@3.6ghz

I tried the old GPU as well. I tried just the CPU. All the configurations lead to the same screen. Also the memory is detected as well. It says the SATA is detected too. If the BIOS is listing my CPU and component specs, could there still be faulty hardware? The keyboard is a pretty popular keyboard. It is from China though. Maybe that's a problem?

Did you checked CPU socket for bent pins when switching CPUs?
Could be a keyboard problem, but I guess you used it before the upgrade and it worked? So why now ...
Did you actually made a BIOS upgrade before installing new components, or it was done some time earlier?

Im pretty sure I did a BIOS update a while back, when I first updated my drivers, after installing Windows, not recently though. I regularly download the Windows updates as well. I've also reset my computer back to factory default since then . I don't know if that resets the BIOS or not.
