Question stuck in BIOS

Haven't booted my pc up in a while and recently got a new hard drive, ram and m.2. I installed the parts no problem but when i booted it i was met with bios. i exited and was brought back to bios im not sure what to do. the systen recognizes all the new hardware i installed so no problems there.

We first will need to know the specs to your build in order to understand your build. Secondly, did you replace the older OS drive with a new drive? If so, you're going to have to reinstall your OS.
