Question Stuck in bios

I’m stuck on bios please help my motherboard
Is msi Z390.

what did you exactly do?
full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

I’ve tried unplugging and replugging everything I’ve tried rebooting it 100 times whatever I do it’s just stuck in bios

I have Gtx 760 I 5 8400 msi z390 smart500watt thermaltake psu

I have 2tb hard drive and a 980 1tb m.2 ssd

does the bios see the ssd and hdd? see them as boot?

Yea they see both of them as boot drive

both? unplug the hdd and boot with just the ssd

Only the hard drive has windows
