Stuck in Boot Loop HELP

I decided to reset my computer, since it was slow. It was on Windows 10. I did the reset where it deletes all the files, the quick reset I think. Anyway, it got stuck on 2% for over 24 hours. I checked a few hours later, and it was off. I turned it on only to be in a boot loop. Any help?

Can you please follow the instructions given under the Part 02 Section of this Tutorial and see if the SFC /SCANNOW command fixes the issue?

After the command completes successfully, you can try Resetting Your Windows 10 again and see if the process works this time.
