Stuck in EFI Shell Version 2.31. I was cleaning out my CPU fan, I reboot the computer and it doesn't boot normally, entering EFI Shell every time. I type exit to enter bios. I fiddle around there for a bit.
I have reset my BIOS to factory multiple times, still booting in the Shell.

Anything I change in BIOS doesn't do anything, still saving and rebooting starts in EFI and theres no booting into Windows 10.

I will give an exact replica of the Shell:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shell version 2.31 [4.654]
Current running mode 1.1.2
Device mapping table

blk0 :BlockDevice - Alias (null)
PciRoot (0x0) /Pci(0x11,0x0)/Sata(0x2,0x0)

Press ESC in 1 seconds to skip startup.nsh. any other key to continue.
<Shell> _
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The startup doesn't do anything, it just goes to the shell so I can type.
Canceling does the same.

I wouldn't mind resetting to factory and reinstalling windows if it resolves it, so please suggest it as I don't know how to reset from BIOS.

So the only thing I can do is be in EFI Shell and BIOS, I can't boot into Windows.

Any help would be appreciated!

Related Specs (I Think):
(Don't know what these are just stuff stated in my BIOS)

Current CPU Frequency 3.40 GHz (34 x 100.00 MHz)

Yes, it has Hard Disk at Priority 1 in Boot options and at the top with the slidable widgets.
