Stuck in infinite boot loop. Cant get to start up repair. Please help?

My lenovo u410 laptop has been acting weird lately, and today it just died on me. I try to turn it on but every time i get to the windows logo a blue screen pops up for a split second and the laptop reboots. I try to get to start up repair but it just sits at a black screen with the cursor forever. I tried using a windows disk but got the same results is there anyway to fix this?

When using the Windows recovery disk, did you make sure to open the boot menu and select the disk?

Yes I did I get past the part where you have to click any button to start install
