Once in a while I run a deep scan of all the files on my PC via Windows Security and it always works fine, but this time it froze my PC and in the end I foolishly decided to force shutdown my PC. After trying to start it back up again, it sent me to the BIOS screen and after trying to get out of it, it just puts me back in a loop.
I tried installing Windows on USB and used the advanced troubleshooting to fix the issues but it wouldn't work. I also tried booting via CSM but that didn't work either.

Are there any fixes? Or do I just have to save what files that I can and then reboot Windows ?

I'd suggest firstly trying to reseat the CMOS battery, maybe that'll help.
Then, try using the advanced troubleshooting to do a scan and repair to all files.
In the cmd window, type SFC /scannow
that might help, if it doesn't I believe your best option would be to reinstall Windows.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried all your suggestions and it seems to no avail. SFC /scannow showed that windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation. I think my main problem right now even when trying to install Windows is that my SSD is in a read only state. Don't know how to change it though.
