[SOLVED] Stuck in Reboot Loop

My PC is about 2 years old and it hadn't had any problems till now. Yesterday I was playing a game and it froze. I restarted the PC (pressed power button for a while). Then I started PC again and I was greeted with Windows 10 BSOD a couple of times.
To debug that I ran Windows Memory Diagnostics but quit it when it was at 3% (pass 1) for more than 10 minutes (again had to press power button as ESC wasn't responding).
And now the PC won't even boot at all. It just keeps powering on and off and on again with nothing coming on display.

EDIT: I also felt static from the case at a few places when I reseated the memory sticks. What could that mean?
