To exit Safe Mode, open the System Configuration tool by opening the Run command (keyboard shortcut: Windows key + R) and typing msconfig then Ok. 2. Tap or click the Boot tab, uncheck the Safe boot box, hit Apply, and then Ok. Restarting your machine will exit Safe mode.

Oh you guys are funny with your standard reply, what ever safe mode my puter was in, allowed nothing, there was NO response from the onboard/screen keyboard or my real keyboard. Rendering the puter in an endless cycle of shut down or restart. Even getting into BIOS did me NO good. This is too late it took a tech more than three hours to get it out of whatever mode it was in.
