Stuck in safe mode

So I uninstalled my graphics drivers with DUD and booted into safe mode so I could run a virus scan from there with malwarebytes. However, I used mcsvhost to set my booting to safemode (minimal). After doing this I restarted my computer and my mobo logo comes up and then the windows loading bubbles like normal, but then the screen goes black. As far as I know there isn’t any way for me to get back to mcsvhost from this black screen. There isn’t any taskbar, ctrl alt delete does nothing, esc does nothing. I do have a windows 8 repair flash drive, but I do not know what to do with it besides reinstalling windows which is not a favorable option.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You come to the doctor with someone who needs help. The obvious response from the doctor may have something to do with the patient who isn't there. But doctor, my PC is right here. ?

What about F12 or maybe F8 for boot options. normal boot with command prompt?

I've tried repairing it via the windows repair tool - that did nothing. That's it.
