Stuck in Uefi bios utility

Hi! So I would like to preface this by saying I read half a dozen similar threads that ultimately did not help me.

So I've had my pc for a few years. Running great. Half a year back I added another hdd. No problems.
Nothing happened recently. No issues with the OS or anything(which is on my ssd drive). However as of today I am permanently stuck in the UEFI bios utility.
Have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything in(and outside of) the pc and rebooting. Same thing. And quite honestly I just don't know enough to figure out what to do next. I am thankful for any help.

This is how it looks presently; https://imgur.com/a/oS5sPo2

Edit; So after a closer look I realized that my SSD is actually not appearing and my cd/dvd seems to be in its place. Seeing how the SSD has the OS that makes sense, right? So new question; how do I find it? It has not malfunctioned before.
Secondary question; is there a way to bypass the bios?
Tried different (confirmrd working) cables from the other drive. Still not showing. So at least not a cable issue.
As far as I understand it is then either a faulty ssd or something else. Hoping for something else of course and on that note, help?

Last edit; I did try running it several different ways and no cigar. I am assuming the ssd to be dead for reasons unknown. Pc works fine after installing OS on the HDD and unplugging SSD. Its a minor loss but all okay. Thanks to anyone who spent time wanting to help.

Solution
Something to try...disconnect the dvd and the other drive (which looks like it might be a HDD)....and try powering up with just the SSD.

If that doesn't work....try the SSD on another SATA port.

...as far as bypassing the BIOS...no...you can't.
