I ran into some problems while playing Rainbow Six:Siege, my PC always shut down while playing lately, I always had problems with my external hdd while playing and it also was very slow lately. So today after playing Stellaris and Far Cry 4 without trouble I started Rainbow Six again, this time it just shut down itself and refused to start again, whenever I started it showed me a bluescreen with a couple of options, either restart, reset or repair, yet none of which is working. I even went to say, ok I will reset it ALL now, it said again it had some problems while doing this, without stating any details.
Do you guys maybe know a solution?

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - handy boot disk if nothing else

What are specs of the PC?

Have you cleaned PC recently? perhaps the gpu is over heating and causing PC to shut down.

It sounds like best answer to fixing windows is a clean install, especially since reset doesn't work.

Is there anything on PC you want to save?
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
I typed notepad in which obviously opened the notepad. From there I went to file > open which opened a file explorer
Copy stuff onto external...

Copy stuff onto external hdd or USB you want to save. the fresh install will wipe the entire hdd C is on

once you copied everything off, do you have more than 1 hdd in PC? If so, with PC unplugged, detach the power cables from extra drives, as win 10 has a habit of putting its boot partition on other drives if given the chance. Downsides to this are, if other hdd dies or is removed, win 10 won't boot.

boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

On the screen where you choose where to install win 10, if it gives you an error about GPT drives, delete all the partitions on the hdd and press next. If it still gives error, cancel out of the installer and restart PC and start installer again, it will accept next on that screen this time (some PC just need a restart here)

hopefully the problems with gpu are fixed with reinstall.
