Question Stuck in Windows 10 Installation loop on new PC ?

Hi,
I'm trying to install Windows 10 on my new PC that I built today (specs listed below). All of my parts are shown in bios, and I am able to install Windows onto my NVMe drive.

However, when the computer restarts to boot to Windows, my NVME drive is not listed as a bootable drive, and the computer loops back to the Windows installation process.
I have CSM disabled, but the drive only shows up when CSM is enabled. How can I fix this?

Specs:
PNY RTX 4070
Ryzen 7 7700
Gigabyte B650M DS3H
1 TB WD Black NVME m.2
EVGA 800 GE

Make sure legacy mode is disabled in the BIOS. Before running the installer. So you are sure the installer USB is installing in UEFI mode.

How would I do this in my Gigabyte bios?

Looking at it now, the USB installer is in UEFI mode when I boot from it and still doesn’t work.
