Stuck in windows startup screen with BIOS beeping repeatedly for 1min 20s

Hi guys, my problem is:

The notebook gets to the black without logo "Starting Windows" screen and then beeps for 1min and 20s repeatedly, just short beeps, and then stops and the Windows logo comes and it starts, but in the login screen, the password area is being filled.

The BIOS is Insyde, can't find shit about it. The only beep code I found that makes sense says it is RAM problem.

I removed the RAM, changed slot, used an eraser in the contacts, put it back and nothing. I'm about to take my notebooks RAM to try. But if it was RAM problem, shouldn't the screen be black? The Windows starts, freezes and then continues.

This makes no sense to me, so if you guys can help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Update: The load led flashes in the same way it beeps.

You have a stuck key or damaged/dirty/wet keyboard. This is why the password field is full and what is causing the beeping on startup. Don't use erasers on the RAM connectors - it's not good for it. Hopefully you didn't statically shock the RAM modules either. Yes - if the RAM was bad, the system would likely not display anything. Try typing each one of your keys with the system off and hope that it "unsticks" the key that is giving you the issue

You have a stuck key or damaged/dirty/wet keyboard. This is why the password field is full and what is causing the beeping on startup. Don't use erasers on the RAM connectors - it's not good for it. Hopefully you didn't statically shock the RAM modules either. Yes - if the RAM was bad, the system would likely not display anything. Try typing each one of your keys with the system off and hope that it "unsticks" the key that is giving you the issue

Thanks for the tip, I read many people talking about erasers to clean the connectors so I tried. Didn't ESD the RAM, it's working.

I'm laughing now about how obvious it was and I didn't think about the keyboard, lol. Didn't think it would trigger a BIOS beep.

I saw an answer about the keyboard in another forum and tried every key and I found that the numpad / seemed stuck, so I hit it a few times, some with a little more force and seems ok now.
