Question Stuck installing windows

New member here looking for help
I’ve recently been gifted a dell optiplex 7010 usff
I upgraded the ram and installed a new ssd. I have windows 10 installer on a usb but when I uefi boot from usb it get stuck on a screen with horizontal lines that kinda resembles the dell logo and when I boot from legacy it’s the same but with blue lines like it’s the windows logo

Hopefully the failure to install Windows is simply a matter of a loose connection or component.

However, it may be some incompatible component.

Update your post to include full system specs.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage.

My suggestions:

Power off, unplug the computer, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all cards, connectors, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

If you are not comfortable doing so then find a knowledgeable family member or friend to help.

Determine what motherboard is installed. The motherboard's User Guide/Manual will provide much needed information with respect to supported components and configurations.
