Question Stuck on BIOS screen ?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this (as it says Asrock when I turn my computer on) ok here goes, little long winded.

So basically I had a few blue screens of death, nothing too big but then yesterday I got the bios screen and it's Easter so no one will be able to come and fix it so is there a way of doing it myself without messing it up even further? A friend of mine on a football manager online clan told me it's just the wrong boot order and I've been tearing my hair out since, thoughts?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

If you can please pass on images of your BIOS options in Boot Priorities. To also add, might want to see if you've got any BIOS versions pending update.

So can I find them on the bios as I got from my mum's pc guy who she lives near as he's got a shop
