Stuck on BIOS Splash Screen

I am running on windows 10 and was setting up HYPER-V, so I needed to go into my BIOS to enable hardware visualization.

After I enabled I restarted my system and it booted and got past the bios splash screen however after that it would get stuck on a black screen with only a white bar at the top flashing, so I rebooted my PC and went into the BIOS again and tried to boot override using the SSD where my windows 10 copy is installed, now whenever I reboot I am stuck on the bios splash screen.

I have already tried removing the battery for 15 minutes to reset the BIOS and still suffer the same issue

I believe my motherboard is a;
Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H

In Boot Option Priorities your SSD should be listed as Boot Option #1.

Boot Option Priorities:
- Specifies the overall boot order from the available devices. For example, you can set hard drive as the first priority (Boot Option #1).

I'm unable to change boot priorities as the splash screen is completely frozen

Remove the video card and try booting with the onboard graphics.
