[SOLVED] Stuck on black screen with stuck spinning circle

The circle spinned twice then stopped moving and its been like this for 15-30 minutes. This Is a gaming pc i just built trying to boot it up but its not working. I plugged in the usb with windows 10 and the windows doesnt seem to be working. Everything is plugged in correctly. PLEASE HELP ASAP

Did you set the BIOS to boot the machine from the USB drive, which will revert to the hard drive later?

How did you make the USB drive bootable?

I made it bootable by plugging it in to a usb port. Do you have a discord or skype so we can talk about this because im not too sure how to fix this

Downloading Windows 10 on to a stick doesn't make it a bootable system. Download a free utility named Rufus and follow the procedure and the stick will work properly.
