Stuck on bootloop after changing my CPU

I have a GA-PA65-UD3-B3 motherboard and yesterday i bought i7-3770 CPU and it's compatible with the motherboard but after i installed it my pc got stuck on bootloop
So i though the problem is bios update so I've put my old cpu and updated the bios then i put the i7 but still no luck I'm stuck on bootloop

Have you tried reinstalling Windows? Your issue may be there as windows can´t load with your new CPU because it doesn´t have drivers or something like that, try reinstalling windows if you can.

I believe you should be running Bios version f12 or above-is that what you installed? If so perhaps try doing a CMOS reset with the new cpu inserted and see if that helps.
