Question Stuck on dell SupportAssist after changing from HDD to SSD

My laptop is a vostro 14 5000 series
after changing the internal HDD to a SSD it now bootloops on the SupportAssist.

I've read that I need to update the BIOS to fix it ..but the bigger problem I'm having is that I can't F12 to the boot menu!

I need to get into the boot menu and update the BIOS... hopefully that works if not I'll let u guys know for further help.

This is a new SSD that I've tried on other laptops and PCs and it boots fine so it's not the SSD.

so I can't get into the boot menu to update the BIOS.. please help guys I'm feeling hopeless

oh and by the way it's a SanDisk SSD if that helps.
