stuck on efi shell 2.31 screen no keyboard - toshiba encore tablet. windows- mouse won't click on set up screen either- Stalemate!

Grab the USB from Toshiba that supports your device, and load Windows installation on there.
And by the way, can you link me to the support on this device? It's on Toshiba.

One end is a standard USB, and the other end can plug in to your tablet. And also, make sure keyboard works.

OK. That's sounds good....So once i've got this- what next?

Also, do i need the 32GB or will the 16GB be ok? Still slightly skint from xmas! again, please excuse my complete ignorance.

Both are okay. Windows installation only takes 4 GB. Do you remember having Office included when you got it?

Yeah it was included. Is it fairly easy to do ...or is it worth me taking it to Toshiba for them to fix? Where do i get the windows installation from?

Never mind, it's not Windows RT. On a seperate computer, follow these instructions:

Don't follow the ones that say Windows 7 USB Drive (at the bottom).
