So this morning I decided to update my computer because I've been procrastinating on doing so, so I did it all at once which I see now was a really bad idea. When I got home my Internet wasn't working and while it said "configuring windows please wait" it quickly changed into "failure configuring windows update". I waited for 5 hours not knowing my internet was off and decided to switch off my computer, reset it, etc etc and my internets back on yet still isn't configuring.
I really need some help here, I can't do anything but stare at this black screen! And please if you can, give me a very detailed explanation of what to do as I'm bad with computers.
