Stuck on Flickering Cursor When Install Windows 7

I just want to re install my win 7, but when i plugged in my rufus usb, i got stuck on the flickering cursor. How to get to the installer?

Maybe it is just a bad ISO, have you checked CRC after download?

Have you tried to create the usb pen drive more times?

If both are yes, try another software to make the bootable usb drive (just go to alternativeto and search for Rufus in there)
