Stuck on Motherboard Splash Screen with M.2 SSD

Yeah, i just updated the bios but it didn't seem to fix the issue. I just removed the adapter and installed the SSD straight to the Motherboard but that didn't seem to work either.
 


Whenever i plugin the NVMe and power on my PC it starts then turns off right away about 2-3 times, I just disabled the boot logo and installed the NVMe again but its just a black screen now.
 


yeah not sure what it can be, I've been playing with it since December just fine but when i turned on my PC today it just wouldn't get off the splash screen. Not sure if it's the Motherboard itself or the NVME.
 
i see this when iam plugging a faulty HDD on the system, iam not 100% sure, but it seems like your m.2 is faulty for some reason.
The fact that when you remove it everything is fine, is some other indication.If it is still in warranty try RMA it,or speak with where you bought it.
