Stuck On Motherboard Splash Screen

Im building a gaming pc for my friend on a budget and was doing okay till the screen froze at the gigabyte splash screen.
It works and boots fully with IGpu but does is stuck only with the GPU plugged in. Pls help

My specs are :
- Intel I5-2500K (non-OC)
-Gigabyte z77-d3h
-Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x4GB DDR3-1866Mhz
-Asus GTX 1050Ti Cerberus 4GB
-CoolerMaster Elite 500 v2
- 4TB WD RED NAS
-NZXT Noctis 450 Blue/White

How old is that PSU? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?
