[SOLVED] Stuck on motherboard splash screen

Hey guys,

I was using my PC earlier today and turned it off. Switched it back on and I am stuck on my motherboards splash screen(One I have not seen before). I can't enter bios or anything that is says on the screen. Only keyboard based input that works is pressing control + alt + delete to restart.

I have tried swapping ram out, taking CMOS out, tripping the CLR_CMOS jumper, booting with no ram, unplugging all USBs, and unplugging all sata cables. I wanted to try Q FLashing a new bios but I can't since I can't press the prompt to do so. Any help/suggestions would really be appreciate. Thanks alot

H61-S2PV REV 2.0
GTX 1060
8GB DDR3 Corsair RAM
CX600 PSU

Just tried that thank you but still the same not accepting any keyboard input, any other suggestions?

new battery?If it was me I would be like it's a sign telling me to upgrade to ryzen lol

Try a ps/2 keyboard?

unplug all usb stuff and try the old ps2 mouse/keyboard
