Stuck on "please press del or f2" after powering up computer every time.

I built my PC about 3 weeks ago. As the title said I'm stuck on "please press del or f2" after powering up on computer, and if I try pressing del or f2 to access bios nothing happens which means it's probably frozen. The only way to access windows (or bios) is to restart the ckmputer using the restart button on the actual computer and than starts normally. Anyone have any solutions to why this may be happening?

Ryzen 5 2600x
Evga GTX 1060 6gb SSC
Asus Prime B450M-A CSM Micro ATX motherboard
G-skill Trident Z rgb 16gb(2x8) ddr4 3000
Inland professional 240 GB SSD
WD blue 1 tb hdd


I forgot to mention it says "please press del or f2 *to enter UEFI*" if that makes a difference

The PC did work properly the first few power ups. No parts were used in a different build. All new parts.
