Stuck on "Press F2 or DEL to enter UEFI Bios"

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE r2.0


As title, same happens when HDD and CD Drive disconnected.

I've cleared CMOS via the jumpers and removing the battery.

MB passes POST with single beep.

I was able to enter the alternative Bios as described in the motherboard manual http:// and from there was able to boot windows and use computer as normal.

However after turning the computer off and back on, gets stuck on the same screen and now unable to get to that alternative bios.

Pressing CTRL, ALT, DEL at the screen will restart at the screen will restart however that is it. If I keep it held down all the time it will just restart, pass POST, then repeat until I let go of CTRL, ALT, DEL then it just stays on "Press F2 or DEL to enter UEFI Bios"

Any help will be apriciated.

Yes. I've tried them all.

Just to add more info. When I press DEL or F2, I am unable to do anything after, CTRL, ALT, DEL doesn't work. It's like it freezes and/or stops reading my keyboard.

UPDATE:

Hopefully this is useful information, on the "Press F2 or DEL to enter UEFI Bios" screen when I press TAB it goes to a black screen, where pressing CTRL, ALT, DEL will restart and go back to the "Press F2 or DEL to enter UEFI Bios" screen.
