Hi.

I'm stuck on choosing a PSU?

The components I've chosen so far are:

I7 8700k
Gtx 1080ti - not sure exactly which type yet
Auros gaming 7 board
Nzxt x62
3 large fans at bottom of case to pull up fresh air
2 X 8gb ram (RGB) and may increase to another 2 later.

Not sure on a disk drive yet.

Then the usual peripherals, plus steering wheel.

1 X m.2 drive
1 X SSD
1 X HDD

Is there anything else I'm missing on this, or any recommendations to change something?
I've done a mid range build few years ago, so trying to go big this time.

Also, being in the UK, is it worth waiting for black Friday/cyber Monday?

I would suggest a 650 Watt EVGA G3 Supernova or Seasonic Focus. The GTX 1080 Ti has a system requirement of 600 watts.
