Stuck on Resolution

So I've finally upgraded to a GTX 1050 which is awesome. However, my resolution is stuck at 1280x1024 and i dont know why... My monitor/tv is a BUSH TV (from argos if that helps) and it ran my GTX 560Ti absoultely fine at 1080p 60Hz. For some reason its not working for this one. i'm having to use a DisplayPort to VGA connection as my HDMI port is busted. Am i able to get it configured to do 1920x1200? (My screen is a 21" 16:10 monitor)

You can go to your graphics settings to adjust the resolution.

its the vga part of the equation. the hdmi could likely be easily fixed if your willing to take the tv to a shop... should be a quick solder job as thats normally the weak point on hdmi.
