Stuck on Setup is starting Windows

Ive tried all the tips, like disabled USB ports, took out memory stick, and still having this problem, any more tricks? Running Windows XP or wish I was LOL I know my O/S disc is good Ive used it before with no problems.

You're giving no info like old/new PC, specs., laptop/desktop. What's changed ? There are no tricks, there are professionals, then there are your joker kids.
