Stuck on Starting Windows screen

Turned off laptop using power button
Stuck on Windows loading
Waited 5 mins then turned off
Rebooted.
Got BSOD
took out 1/2 stick of ram not native to laptop
Rebooted.
Got BSOD
rebooted
Now stuck where I was in the beginning.

BSOD messages were

system service exception
????? Not less or equal
Another ?????? Not less than or equal

Windows 7

I think I know the problem, I downloaded application, would delete it, but I cannot get onto laptop because stuck of starting windows

Can you get into safe mode / safe mode/networking without crashing?

How do I get to there. Sometimes it goes to starting windows them stays but then sometimes BSOD
Got a bsod for NTSF whilst booting.
It told me to press f9 for menu and I have 5 options. I think this is HP stuff

If thats a 0x00000024 stop error, that can mean the hdd or system is corrupt

You may have to replace the hdd to fix it

Reboot hold F8 until the menu comes up. Select safe mode or safe mode / networking . See if it gets there

Okay I am in that menu, know what

Safe mode gives BSOD
Safe mode with Networking also gives BSOD

I chose run last working settings, it worked.

Well if that NTFS stop error is the above it may need replacing. Remove the hdd put it in a working system scan it for errors

If it takes too long for the computer to boot into windows, replace the hdd. Its probably stuffed
