5 volt rail reading 5.76 volts even after getting new psu

amd 8350 cpu
8 gigs patriot sector 5 ddr3 1600 memory
msi gd65 990fx motherboard
corsair cx750m psu
evga gtx 650 video card isnt this way too high tested with several different porograms
getting voltmeter in a few hours
kernel power id 41 points to psu but installed brand new psu. any ideas

Though you may get a system kernal error 41.
There are many causes.

You have to describe what is happening.
For example does the system freeze while using it and present the blue screen.
Or does it happen after the system is powered down, or during doing it.
Or the message pops up after a power up of the system for the next use or session.

does this at different times
even when idle.i replaced the psu but still notice 5 volt rail high voltage 5.76 volts.
memtest is next on the list but i dont think thatsthe culprit
using h110 liquid cooler so overheating isnt an issue at all

ok much better program thanks 5volt rail reading 4.96
v core reading 1.425 on the 8350 thats about right

also no overclocking

brand new corsair 750 watt psu still getting random reboots whenever

idle or at load motherboard led lights indicate no problems

did memtest no issues but im thinking maybe a bad driver somewhere
no viruses at all. although superantispyware thinks slim drivers is a trojan
malwarebytes ound nothing at all.
neither did comodo.

hwinfo says voltages are 4.76 on 5volt rail

other programs saying 5.86 and up
i changed the psu no kernel 41 reboots as of yet
ill rma the old psu one back to corsair
i hope that was it.
